2018 YMCA Charity Tennis Tournament Raises Support For Children and Families In Need
The YMCA’s Charity Tennis Tournament took place on July 13-15, raising support for children and families in need to access the programs services of the Y. The tournament featured men's, women's, junior’s, and mixed doubles on the Manlius Y’s indoor hard courts and outdoor clay courts.
Results for the tournament are as follows:
Women’s 3.0 Division: Kathleen Dall & Darleen Endy

Mixed 7.0 Division: Kara Kreuger & Aaron Schiffrik
Mixed 8.0 Division: Yaro Nieves & Giovanna Buccina
Mixed Open Division: Alexa Perry & Danny Mantooth
“We appreciate all of the participants, spectators and generous sponsors that came together for a great time on our courts,” said Lesley Wilcox, Tournament Director and Associate Executive Director of the Manlius YMCA. “We had a fun weekend of tennis that will also help children, adults and families in our community grow stronger and healthier.”
The YMCA’s Charity Tennis Tournament raises financial assistance to help children with special needs participate in Y activities and services free of charge through the Y Kids Inc., program, provide childcare assistance to families in need, and help adults and families with financial challenges access the Y and Y services through the Membership for All program.
