At the Y, we offer training and certification courses in CPR/First Aid and Lifeguarding in an effort to make and keep our communities safer.

- CPR - Red Cross BLS ASHI course including class, mask and certification card.
- FIRST AID ASHI - Red Cross Basic First Aid course
East Area Family Branch
- CPR – American Red Cross and ASHI CPR for the Professional Rescuer course
- FIRST AID – American Red Cross ASHI basic first aid course
- LIFEGUARD – American Red Cross Course (Ages 15+)
- YMCA LIFEGUARD COURSE (Ages 16+)
North Area Family Branch
- CPR - American Heart Association and ASHI BLS courses, mask provided.
