Set up your account with Daxko


We have launched a new Customer Relationship Management system called Daxko. As a member, you now have so many more options. You can register online for programs, update your personal information online, look up and track your visit history for reimbursements, and so much more.

New Online Accounts: All members will need to pair their current membership account with a new user account through Daxko. Please get in touch with us and update your email address to be able to take full advantage of the enhanced online capabilities offered via Daxko.

Key Tags: You now have the option to replace your current membership card with a new key tag that fits on your key ring. Please visit the Member Services to get your new key tag.

NOTE FOR PRIMETIME USERS – You'll still need to provide a valid photo ID to drop off/pick up your child.

Attention Swim Lesson Parents: Please follow the account registration directions to log into your new online member portal and see what swim lesson you have been confirmed for.

No more MDock: If you were a user of our mobile MDock app, you should know that it will be going away as part of this transition. No worries, though! As a part of our transition to Daxko, we will be launching a brand-new mobile experience in the Fall. When it launches, members at all branches will be able to use their phones to check in at the front desk, access schedules, get alerts, and more!
