Day of Clay 2022

SATURDAY, APRIL 23RD
9:00AM - 6:00PM

The Day of Clay is almost here! On Saturday, April 23rd, the Art Branch at the Hal Welsh East Area Family branch and the Northwest Family branch will be opening up their studios for a day of fun.

If you’ve ever wanted a chance to get your hands dirty and try working with clay, this is your chance. As part of our Annual Campaign, the Art Studios are open so you can experience the joy of creating in clay! Activities will include guided projects, art auctions, wheel throwing demonstrations, and more. There will be projects for novices and families, as well as the opportunity for experienced ceramicists to practice, create, and share.

The Day of Clay is a fundraiser to benefit the Y’s Annual Campaign. Each activity will have a suggested donation for participation. All of the proceeds from this event will go to providing scholarships for participants with financial aid so everyone can enjoy Arts Branch programming.

Drop by the studio anytime during the event or Click Here to donate and reserve your spot ahead of time.
