Megan Davis
Senior Program Director of Youth Development
I began at the Hal Welsh East Area Family YMCA in March of 2008. I am the Senior Program Director of Youth Development. I directly oversee our School Age Child Care programs, Preschool programs, Teen programs, and Camp Iroquois. If you have any questions regarding our services with youth, please feel free to reach out to me. At this time, we are offering childcare to any essential workers who are in need.

I joined our YMCA in July of 2018. These last few weeks have been hard on many of us, but the YMCA is still here to support you and your family during this time. If you have any childcare questions or would simply like someone to talk to, do not hesitate to reach out. I look forward to seeing everyone soon!
Lexi Thompson
Early Learning Coordinator
I've been at the Y for 5 years now! I've been a part of several departments over the years, including Camp Iroquois, Inclusion, Childcare, Teens, and Preschool. All hold special places in my heart as I'm sure the YMCA does for many of you out there.
People can reach out to me via email or by phone at (315) 466-3408. I have many website resources for parents to use, whether it be online learning, brain breaks, music and movement, helpful tips of learning at home, and more!
I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this time. The YMCA is my home away from home, and even though we can't physically be there, we are still a community and can reach out any time for help and support!

AC Wilson & Sam Burgess
Site Coordinators
AC started working at YMCA Day Camp Iroquois in 2003. Now, AC is the Off-Site Coordinator at the Y, and is working along with his partner, Sam Burgess, our On-Site Coordinator, to continue providing childcare at the YMCA during this time. Sam started at the YMCA in 2009 and recently returned to our School Age Department. Together, they are ensuring that kids continue to have fun and are safe while at the Y. Sam says, "members can reach out to me for healthy breakfast recipes or fun activities to do with kids who have cabin fever! I am missing my department staff SO much and my East SACC kiddos! I cannot wait to see you all hopefully soon!"
Darren Prucha
Childcare Administrator
I joined the Y in March of 2005. I'm currently the childcare administrator. Members can reach out to me for any childcare issues, as well as camp questions. I can help parents register and answer any questions they may have about our programs, pricing, scholarships, and billing. At this time when we are working with a smaller staff, I can also help our members with any programming questions they might have.
