Talking about heart health is important, but what if you feel like you don't have the strength or mobility to be active?
Participants in the Y's Walk With Ease program recently visited Bridge Street to talk about how the program has helped them stay active in their lives. Paul and Kathryn Kulba, along with Cliff Reese and the Y's Madeleine Hale demonstrated an easy stretch to help with mobility.
