Join us at the Northwest Family Y in Baldwinsville for our AOA Wellness Fair! We will have information from vendors like Aetna & Humana about Silver Sneakers, Open Enrollment, and benefits seniors can receive. Learn about financial wellness with SECNY. Take control of your health through the Y’s Healthy Living Programs like Blood Pressure monitoring, Diabetes Prevention, and Chronic Disease Prevention programs. Explore your social side with our Book Club, Movie Screenings, Knitting/Crochet clubs and more! Bring a friend and take a tour of the facility.

While we strongly encourage appointments, to help with processing and maintaining a steady flow, we will also plan for walk-ins as time permits. We also ask that everyone print and complete the Vaccine Consent form they will be provided in their Appt. Confirmation email , bring Prescription Insurance Card and Cash for copay should they not have Prescription Insurance ($35.50 for anyone 64 and younger and $84 for anyone 65 and older).
