Gym & Swim for Ages 5-14
Wednesdays from 12:30 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.
This three part class focuses on quality swim instruction, the fundamentals of a variety of sports, and a fun session on group games using the CATCH format. Your child will be active and learn fair play, sportsmanship in a fun environment.
Sports of All Sorts
Wednesdays. Ages 5-12+. Session: Summer.
This program emphasizes the fundamentals of a variety of sports as well as fair play, sportsmanship and FUN. This session will last 9 weeks. The YMCA will offer 45-minute times slots for your convenience from 10:30 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.
Each session will start with warm-ups that focus on coordination, balance, and footwork skills. Sports taught will include but are not limited to basketball, football, baseball, lacrosse, soccer, track and field, and volleyball.

Art & Gym for Ages 5-16
Thursdays / 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
A 7-week program where students rotate through four 45-minute sessions in Art Education and Physical Education.
