YMCA Race Weekend
Sprint Triathlon/Relay/Duathlon/Aquabike/Aqua Run/8K Trail Race in June
June 14-15, 2025 is your weekend to swim, bike, and run in one of the longest-running triathlons in the United States and a challenging, picturesque trail run.
You’ll also be supporting a great cause. The weekend is run entirely by volunteers and the money raised supports the charitable work of the YMCA.

As the finale to our YMCA Race Weekend, the 8k Trail Race will take you high and low while running amidst Central New York's most beautiful scenery. This race course is great for beginners and veteran trail runners. Ranging from non-technical groomed trails to single-track technical trails and inclines, you'll get a safe and well-rounded trail running experience.

*There is NO rain date. In case of inclement weather, the Race Director reserves the right to cancel/alter/modify the race/course for safety concerns. There will be no refunds of race entry fees. As a non-profit race, all monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, and 100% of the remainder supports the YMCA of Central New York's charitable programs.
